"It's just a taco" is a theory that our very human brains can make things unnecessarily and extraordinarily difficult on ourselves.
And this is totally normal.
One small example: The internal battle some might feel over eating a taco.
Or another taco. Again. Even though we told ourselves we wouldn't.
By deconstructing the "problem"...
...we begin to remove and even better acquire the power we allowed King Taco to wield over us.
We are all about taking the taco power back.
Plus, the auto-pilot brain "juice" that makes you eat another taco (and me finish the bottle of whiskey) is the exact same juice that powers a marathon runner* to the finish line.
It's just a matter of re-directing the brain energy. It sounds intimidating as hell, but it's not nearly as hard as you think.
So, yeah. Let's figure out how to do that.
*I don't run. I also hate those stupid 26.2 bumper stickers.
